Tundra Spa Features

óThe Only Spas
 Made In Alaska
Tundra Spas are manufactured in Kenai, Alaska by people with over 16 years of experience in the Alaska spa industry.  They are designed to be used all year long outside.
óBuilt To Last For Years
Tundra Spas are built with quality materials that can survive Alaska’s environment for many trouble-free years of enjoyment.  Only the best components are selected.  They are available in several different models, colors, and jet options.  Tundra Spas are custom built to the owner’s preferences.
óWon’t Have High Power Bills
Tundra Spas are the most efficient because they are kept hot 24 hours a day with a circulation pump that draws less than 1 amp of power.  It only costs $7-10 per month to keep the water hot and ready to use any time.   Your power bill is determined by how often the  jet pumps run.  Normal bills are $15-35 per month  at 13 cents/kilowatt.
óThe Right Insulation For Alaska
Tundra Spas have up to 8 inches of 2-lb. polyurethane insulation on the shell, 2 inches of blueboard foam on the floor, and 2 inches of insulation on the walls.  The trapped warm air protects the pipes and pumps from freezing.  Tundra Spas can go for two weeks with no power at –30º outside and nothing freezes.
óA Better Cover
Tundra Spas come with the best, most durable spa covers available.  The covers are well-insulated and welded instead of stitched so they won’t soak up water and get heavier.  They won’t need to be replaced in a few years.  The covers come with a cover lift that makes it easier to remove.

ó Ozone Cleaning System Standard
All Tundra Spas have a built-in 24-hour ozone system to keep the water clean without daily treatments ofchlorine or bromine.  The ozone is circulated continuously and keeps the water moving around your tub like a fresh mountain stream.
óWater Doesn’t Need As Much Chemicals
With the ozone system and the Nature2 silver catalyst system, two clean adults can use the Tundra Spa for up to two weeks at a time without adding chemicals.  With normal use, you only have to treat the water a few times each month.
óMaintenance Is Easier
Tundra Spas are easier to maintain because you only have to change the water twice a year with normal use.  If you want to winterize one, they are designed to easily drain all the water out.  All the pipes are curved to the bottom so you can leave it without adding anti-freeze or worrying about hidden water that can freeze.
óDeep and Comfortable Seats
The seats in Tundra Spas are deeper so people can sit naturally with their shoulders under water in the wintertime without having to squat down or put their feet in someone else’s way to stay warm.   Each spa has some seats with different depths so short and tall people can both be comfortable.
ó The Best Warranty Available
All Tundra Spas are backed by the most comprehensive limited warranty in the industry:  ten year structural and surface warranty , five years on the electronics and cover, and two years on the pumps.  All warranties and support are handled at the factory in Kenai, Alaska.
